Postponed: The First Iranian Book Festival – Sydney

Postponed: The first Iranian Book Festival will be held in June in Sydney.

At this grand festival, books published by Iranian residents of Australia—whether published in Australia or other countries—will be presented with the presence of the authors themselves.

This two-day festival will include book stalls, author talks, play readings, writing workshops, children’s programs, and artistic performances such as dance and music.

To ensure visitor comfort, food and beverage stalls offering Persian cuisine will be available throughout the festival.

Admission is free for visitors, and children and teenagers are encouraged to attend to become more familiar with books and reading.

Date: June 21 & 22, from 10 AM to 4 PM
Venue:
Crows Nest Community Centre
2 Ernest Pl, Crows Nest NSW
